About Richard

Richard is a lecturer in accounting and finance at West Suffolk College with a primary interest in the business case for sustainability. Previously, he was head of finance and sustainability at Adnams plc, the award-winning brewery and distillery based in Southwold, famous for its eco-distribution centre, its energy-efficient brewhouse and its 240,000 honey bees. Under Richard's tenure, Adnams won 15 major awards for their sustainability achievements, all of which were linked to clear financial business cases. Richard holds a first-class accounting degree from the University of Wales and is a chartered management accountant. He held a series of commercial finance and controller roles at BT before joining Adnams. Outside of work, Richard is on the board of the National Trust / Ashden's Fit for the Future network and the ICAEW's sustainability committee.

About Arlette

Arlette originally qualified as an Environmentalist and has two Post Graduate Diplomas in Occupational Safety & Health and Environmental Management & Assessment. Arlette is a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment and a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Occupational Safety & Health. She has been advising and supporting organisations to ensure people remain safe and well at work but also protecting the environment for future generations. Her approach has been to benefit people not just inside the world of work, but also wider outside of work with a focus on environmental sustainability. Arlette is experienced in both the private and public sector, is Non-Executive Director for IEMA, Chair of the IEMA Professional Standards Committee, Chair of the IEMA Fellows Nomination Committee, a member of the IOSH Performance and Development Committee and past Chair of the IOSH Broadcasting and Telecommunications Committee Specialist Group. She is well placed to advise on the effectiveness of development and performance of sustainability agenda across many sectors and organisations to ensure organisations are accountable not only to their employees but also wider stakeholders and shareholders in delivering positive business change.

About Cathie

Cathie is an experienced EHS leader having worked in multinational FTSE 100 companies, leading Environment, Health and Safety International Services Teams and holding a variety of Vice President EHS Corporate leadership and governance roles in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare sectors. She is focused on EHS leadership, driving risk reduction and effective EHS management to support human health, sustainable planet and sustainable business practices in international companies. The scope of Cathie’s activities have also included establishing an EHS supplier oversight team focused on engagement, assessment and capability build with third party suppliers. Cathie is an Environmental Science graduate with a PhD in Environmental Management and Auditing. Cathie is MIEMA and Chartered Environmentalist as well as CMIOSH and Registered Safety Practitioner. She is passionate about developing people and has led EHS cohorts of an in-company international development programme recruiting and developing graduates into EHS Professionals over a number of years. Cathie is an Executive and Professionals Coach focused on people’s growth. She has worked globally with clients across Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, R&D, Commercial, Finance and Tech.

About Margaret

Margaret is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland having qualified with Deloitte. She spent over 10 years supporting clients from a variety of sectors including not-for-profit, pension schemes and global financial institutions. In her current role as a head of group finance she focuses on discretionary insurance, investments management and property, including Environmental, Social and Governance considerations. Margaret has a passion for process improvements and helping organisations thrive through ensuring that sound and ethical governance and financial management processes are adopted. Outside of work Margaret is on the board of Glasgow Clyde College.

About Mattie

Mattie Yeta was appointed as Chief Sustainability Officer for CGI in the UK in March 2022. A member of CGI’s UK Executive. She has substantial experience and expertise in sustainable development at strategic and delivery levels across the public and private sectors. She has led substantive change in the sustainable development arena through various boards she sits on. She has obtained significant experience in stakeholder engagement through her career, including at senior executive levels, strategy development, influencing and drafting industry policy, project and programme management, people management and development experience. Mattie led the creation of the e-Sustainability Alliance, a network of 300 private sector organisations she chaired, working in partnership with the United Nations and other stakeholders. She also led the creation of the Cabinet Office One Government Cloud Strategy Sustainability Workstream, the UK Government’s Sustainable Technology Report 2017 and the Sustainability Industry Guide to help businesses achieve sustainable outcomes. Mattie has extensive experience of working with the United Nations (UNFCCC, UNEP, UNGC, UNICEF, UNDP). She received the “industry sustainability leader of the year” award, “digital leader impact award” the Civil Service award as “highly commended”, Defra’s corporate services award for “leading through change,” and was a nominee for “the most influential women in UK tech.” She has received her Majesty’s Royal Honour for her contribution to sustainability in the UK and globally and was recently announced in the top 100 sustainability power leaders. The former Head of Sustainability for Defra IT/UK Government, and a PhD researcher specialising in corporate sustainability, green economics, and national recovery, she is also a tutor on the University of Oxford Climate Change Programme.

About Nicola

Nicola is the Head of Legal and Company Secretary at New Look, the leading omnichannel UK retailer for womenswear. Previously Nicola was Head of Legal and Company Secretary at The Deltic Group. Nicola has held a number of NED roles in the past, including at The Hertfordshire Football Association and the OneYMCA. She has extensive experience in governance, audit, risk management and compliance, as well supporting businesses and their boards through complex legal matters, with international elements. She is a firm believer in helping businesses understand complex legal matters in a straight forward manner. Nicola is also a passionate advocate for DE&I and mentoring schemes.

About Simon

Professor Simon Pollard OBE DSc FREng is an environmental engineer (Imperial College, PhD; Cranfield University, DSc) with 35 years’ experience in environmental protection and the green economy, Simon is a leading international authority in environmental risk management, having directed institutes for Government and the Research Councils; drafted Government guidelines on environmental risk; and championed risk centres for EPSRC and NERC. Simon has served Cranfield University for over twenty years in a senior capacity as Head of Department, Dean of Faculty, and Pro-Vice Chancellor for the School of Water, Energy and Environment (2014-2021) and Pro-Vice-Chancellor International (2018-2024). For nine years, Simon led the university’s internationalisation strategy, progressed a set of strategic partnerships with international universities and developed new transnational education opportunities with Muscat (2017-22) and Jiangsu Universities (2018-). His work on ‘responsible internationalisation’ led to a reset of Cranfield’s approach to academic partnerships in the rapidly changing geopolitical climate. Beyond academe, Simon has contributed to numerous Government and research committees; has chaired several public service fora; and was an editor of the international academic journal Science of the Total Environment for sixteen years. He is an active contributor to the Royal Academy of Engineering, of which he is a Fellow, and was awarded the Order of the British Empire in 2020.

About Shamir

As Director of Responsible Business, Shamir has overall responsibility for Corporate Social Responsibility and Energy & Environment and also oversees the organisation’s Green Plan, responsible business offer and social and governance framework. Prior to joining NHS Property Services, Shamir was Head of Building Performance Services at BRE (Building Research Establishment). He is a leading expert on sustainability challenges in the built environment, has an Engineering Doctorate from Loughborough University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) and a Chartered Environmentalist. Shamir is also Visiting Professor of ESG Performance and Strategy at Loughborough University. Shamir has held responsibility for a wide variety of business areas in previous roles including energy modelling, BREEAM and the BRE Academy and he is also a former board member and co-founder of the Supply Chain Sustainability School and former chair of the Construction industry coalition on Modern Slavery. He plays an active role in industry standards, is involved with both European and International work.

About Martin

Martin Baxter is Deputy CEO at the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA). He works in the UK and internationally to accelerate the transition to a sustainable future and support people in the development of sustainability skills and green careers. Martin has national and international experience in developing and negotiating global and European environmental management standards and developing capacity for effective and widespread implementation. Martin heads the UK delegation to the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) on environmental management and chairs the ISO environmental management systems committee of ~100 countries. He is also vice-chair of the European Standards CEN/CENELEC Strategic Advisory Body on the Environment. Martin is a Board member of IEMA, the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) and the Broadway Initiative.

About Sue

Sue joined the Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA) at the end of 2016 and is currently Director of Operations and Professional Standards. She is a senior-level operations leader with vast experience gained in the private and public sectors including financial services, telco, and utilities. Sue is experienced in leading multi-site, multi-channel customer service operations in B2C, B2B, international, and regulated markets. Previous companies include Severn Trent Water, Vodafone, The Medical Defence Union, Barclays, and the Cabinet Office. Sue has a postgraduate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is an Associate member of IEMA. Sue is a Board member at the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) and is also Chair of their Registration Authority (RA). She has also been a Director at the Specialist in Land Condition Register (SiLC) since 2019.

About Ben

Ben is Director of Policy and Public Affairs at IEMA. In this capacity he looks after the delivery of IEMA's core policy, practice and public affairs activities across a range of environmental and sustainability issues. Diane is Business Manager for the organisation managing a number of internal projects and is also IEMA’s wellbeing champion. Since joining the organisation in late 2019, Diane has gained AIEMA membership and brings a varied set of knowledge and skills, enabling the management of numerous projects at any one time. Diane keeps herself busy in her personal life supporting two children alongside a desire for the odd adrenaline rush provided by parachute jumps and wingwalks! She also likes to keep fit and healthy by visiting the gym as often as possible, running and skiing.

About Eleanor

Eleanor is the Relationships and Networking Manager at IEMA. Eleanor has 25 years’ experience within the business environment and sustainability field, including Government and European funds and programmes, delivering policy as action on the ground with a particular focus on resource efficiency / waste prevention. Eleanor’s passion is working across networks and she has been responsible for managing UK wide resource efficiency teams, programmes and campaigns for SMEs and more recently for the Hospitality and Food Service sector whilst working for WRAP. Eleanor joined IEMA in October 2023 and is responsible for managing IEMA’s relationships with senior sustainability leaders, providing opportunities for high levels of contribution and a platform for collaboration and sharing insights and experience.

Starting her career with an illustration degree, Lisa quickly turned to communications strategy in Higher Education and cemented her experience with an MA in Advertising, Branding and Communication. She has led award-winning membership campaigns within the student movement and has built successful communications teams in organisations going through periods of transition. Former places of work include Diabetes UK, University of West London Students’ Union, and National Union of Students. Lisa joined IEMA in 2019 where she is responsible for making sure that members get great value from their professional body. Continuing her professional development, Lisa is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and an Associate member of IEMA. In her spare time, she runs two blogs with her partner, careergappers.com and lincolnandbeyond.co.uk, paints landscapes from her time travelling the world, and enjoys long hikes with her bouncy dog, Regan.

Georgia joined the team following a role with the CLA (Country Land and Business Association) as their Marketing and Events Assistant where she was responsible for marketing activities and coordinated and controlled the logistics for a string of national events, both digital and in person and webinars and podcasts for CLA’s partners’ and internal policy advisers. Within her role at IEMA as Senior Marketing and Event Officer, Georgia helps to deliver an annual engagement plan including the delivery of digital and in-person member events and delivers marketing campaigns for IEMA members. Georgia supports with the delivery of IEMA Connect, IEMA’s annual members conference, and helps with the development and expansion of partnerships with industry leading events. Georgia previously served 7 years in the British Army within the Royal Military Police and later as a Senior Business Administrator within the Staff and Personnel Support Branch. Outside of work Georgia enjoys horse riding, keeping fit at the gym and spending time with family and friends.

Lan joined IEMA in 2023 after completing a master’s degree in Digital Marketing at King’s College London. In her role, she primarily focuses on creating and managing IEMA email campaigns, as well as producing engaging newsletters for IEMA members and its networks.

About Jocelyn

Jocelyn manages the IEMA's UK Regional and World Networks. She supports our volunteers to produce bespoke engagement activities both in their local area and digitally, to provide member engagement on a global scale. She has a degree in English language & literature and prior to IEMA, worked in various brand management, procurement, marketing, and visual merchandising roles. Patricia's role with IEMA involves managing the email inbox for regional and worldwide volunteers’ groups and queries, ensuring timely responses. She collaborates with regional volunteers to organize events, handling logistics from booking venues to providing tech support. Patricia also maintains volunteer databases, and coordinates with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure events are well-promoted and successful. With an MSc in Business Management, she brings strong organizational and management skills to her role at IEMA.

About Jo

Jo brings extensive experience in partnership development within the financial services sector, having worked at well-known brands such as Comparethemarket.com, Allianz Insurance, and Willis Towers Watson. Jo has developed partnerships with a diverse array of organisations, including online marketplaces for buying and selling homes, major high street banks and brands, trade associations, franchise groups, and consultancy firms. Jo is deeply committed to building strong partnerships and collaborating to achieve common objectives, particularly those centered on the development on sustainability skills and knowledge. Jo holds a BSc Honours Degree in Earth Science and is an Associate Member of IEMA (AIEMA).

About Alan

Alan leads on IEMA's relationships with our range of organisational partnerships – from both the public and private sector, along with national and international enterprise partners from a broad spectrum of industry sectors including environmental consultancy, food & drink, retail, manufacturing and the built environment. Alan has a background in marketing and communications and combined with extensive experience of managing effective partnerships is focussed on supporting IEMA’s growing number of corporate partners. Alan regularly talks to partner organisations about the need to build green skills capability across their organisations, supporting their strategic ambitions to deliver training, learning and upskilling across a broad spectrum of job families. Outside of supporting IEMA’s corporate partners, Alan also represents IEMA as an associate member of the City of London Corporation’s, Skills for a Sustainable Skyline Taskforce.

About Ciaran

Ciaran joined IEMA at the beginning of 2024 as Corporate Partnerships Manager. Ciaran manages a portfolio of relationships within the IEMA Corporate Partnerships programme, supporting its objectives to grow and build a diverse range of partners to help support its commercial goals. Ciaran has a background in partnerships within the financial services industry, most recently as the B2B Corporate Partnerships Manager at MarkerStudy. Prior to working in corporate partnerships, Ciaran was responsible for driving customer loyalty and creating programmes and processes for both leading retail and high street banking brands.

About Claire

Claire joined IEMA in 2023 supporting the Corporate Partnerships Team as a dedicated Healthcare Partnerships Manager. Claire’s background is rooted in outsourcing consultancies within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Sector, which has equipped her with valuable insights and her diverse experience extends to other areas including account management, recruitment and performance management. Healthcare and the NHS contribute significantly to the UK’s carbon emissions and Claire endeavours to facilitate and encourage their workforces to embrace sustainability, fostering the acquisition of essential skills, and encouraging Professional recognition for those who work within sustainability.

About Rebecca

Rebecca joined IEMA in Spring 2022 to develop further careers and education support across the organisation. As a result, the Green Careers Hub launched in Summer 2023, and our engagement with educational partners has increased. Having previously worked within Higher Education, she has a background in stakeholder engagement, partnerships communications and projects.

About Kirsty

After completing a degree in Ecology and Environmental Science from the University of Edinburgh in 2018, Kirsty joined IEMA where she now works as Education Engagement Officer. She focusses on promoting IEMA membership to students, graduates and early career professionals through attending events and delivering presentations. She also works to create an engaging programme of events, webinars and resources for IEMA’s entry-level members with support from the IEMA Futures Network. Alongside this, she works with IEMA's university partners to ensure that staff and students get the support they need from IEMA.

About Caris

Caris is our Senior Diverse Sustainability Initiative Officer. She liases with our DSI partners and is always looking for new ways to create a more diverse and inclusive sector. She has qualifications in psychology and criminology. About Edward

As Training and Development Manager, Ed gets to see the amazing impact our training network has on business across the globe. We are fortunate to have such passionate members and training partners helping us in achieving our goals of transforming the world to suitability. Ed's accountabilities include: overseeing all 90 commercial training centres, setting the strategic direction of the training function and general communications and updates with our training centres.

About Nuala

Nuala recently joined the Training and Development team to help manage relationships with new and existing organisations and support any applications and queries they may have. Nuala’s background is in Education and Teaching, enabling her to transfer her varied skillset into her new Training Partner role. Outside of IEMA, Nuala is very active and likes to do a lot of weight training, pilates and aerial hoop, as well as lots of walks with her dog!

About Lee

Lee works in the IEMA training department and his main roles include the co-ordination of quality assurance assessments, various administrative tasks, and the day to day working relationships with our global network of training partners. Lee is very much an outgoing person, and really enjoys a wide range of music, travelling abroad, camping/fishing and generally being outdoors and has a lifelong passion for football, both as a seasoned fan and playing the game from a young age.

About Jonathan

I am the IT & Digital Services Manager at IEMA. I joined IEMA in 2009 after previously serving 22 years in the Royal Air Force as a Policeman, specialising in Counterintelligence, Cyber Security and Microsoft solutions. My role at IEMA is varied and includes providing strategic oversight of IEMA wide information technology activities, ensuring that all staff know how to use technology responsibly. This includes training employees with hardware, software and network operating systems and the general day to day management of all IEMA infrastructure. My interests include, mountain biking, watching any type of sport and camping.

About Jack

Jack joined IEMA in 2023 as an IT Officer, helping to maintain the IT infrastructure, as well as supporting IEMA staff with day-to-day IT queries. Jack previously worked in the further education sector in a similar role within the IT department. Outside of work Jack enjoys writing, reading, and playing squash.

Tim Farmer is the Senior Media Officer at IEMA and works to create engaging communications to IEMA members and non-members within the environment and sustainability industry. Tim’s role includes ensuring that the website’s Homepage Highlights, blogs, event and webinar listings are kept up to date, along with producing email communications for retention and acquisition. Tim also helps to manage the IEMA social media accounts, with informative and engaging material as well as monthly reports on performance.

About Sharon

Sharon has been editor of IEMA's award-winning magazine, TRANSFORM, since 2017 and joined the IEMA team at the end of 2022 when the magazine was brought in-house. Her responsibilities include overseeing the development and delivery of all aspects of Transform’s content programme across print and digital media. She began a 20-year career in the City of London working for The Chartered Institute of Bankers (now known as the London Foundation for Banking & Finance) in a variety of editorial roles before moving on to an extensive career in financial publishing and journalism with media and content agencies, Incisive Media and Redactive. Sharon has an MSc in Environment & Sustainability from Birkbeck, University of London.

About Sue

Sue joined the Institute of Environmental Management (IEMA) at the end of 2016 and is currently Director of Operations and Professional Standards. She is a senior-level operations leader with vast experience gained in the private and public sectors including financial services, telco, and utilities. Sue is experienced in leading multi-site, multi-channel customer service operations in B2C, B2B, international, and regulated markets. Previous companies include Severn Trent Water, Vodafone, The Medical Defence Union, Barclays, and the Cabinet Office. Sue has a postgraduate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is an Associate member of IEMA. Sue is a Board member at the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) and is also Chair of their Registration Authority (RA). She has also been a Director at the Specialist in Land Condition Register (SiLC) since 2019.

About Harvey

Harvey joined IEMA in 2022 to look after the Membership & Standards team and is responsible for delivering a quality experience for our members (both existing and potential) through leadership of the membership services team. Harvey's career has always been focused on customer service from front-line call handler through to a leader of multi-site international contact centre operations. Harvey has worked in a number of different industry sectors, including banking, digital marketing, wireless broadband and Islamic finance, and always with the same goal of enhancing the end-user experience. Outside of work, Harvey is a keen photographer, a volunteer school governor and an avid (if, at times, exasperated) follower of the England cricket team.

About Chris

As professional standards manager, Chris is responsible for ensuring that IEMA's processes, practices, ethics and behaviours are consistent and adhered to by members. Chris also oversees the quality assurance of our processes relating to membership applications, training, assessments and external partners. Chris has worked in the Digital Learning sector for over 15 years, where he was responsible for the full end-to-end development, quality assurance and maintenance of eLearning courses and assessments which were deployed around the world. Outside of work Chris's hobbies include DIY, watching Liverpool FC and walking along the North Wales coast.

About Nikki

Nikki works within the Membership Team as a Membership and Standards Officer and has been with IEMA for over 5 years. Her main duties include administering Practitioner Membership covering exams, course completions and written assessments in addition to liaising with various members and stakeholders to improve the member journey. Nikki's main focus is to provide an excellent customer service experience. Nikki's previous career experience spans over 25 years with a combination of Customer Service, Finance and Credit control. Nikki likes to spend her spare time reading, meeting up with friends and walking her two dogs.

About Tammy

Tammy has worked for IEMA for over 30 years and is an Associate Member. Having had many roles over her years in the business (Team Leader/Register to name a few), Tammy now works within the Membership Team and her key role within the team is to administer the EIA and Auditor register, alongside facilitating the Full membership and Fellow Membership and Chartered Environmentalist Assessments.

About Becky

Becky joined IEMA in 2023 and forms part of the Membership and Standards team. The main focus of Becky's role is to look after the Associate Membership process and other course examinations, regularly liaising with our Training Providers to register candidates and process results. In addition to the above, Becky also assists new and existing members with their enquiries, including the processing of IEMA memberships and applications. Becky has previously worked in various administrative and finance roles across many sectors including the Motor Trade and Facilities Management. In her spare time, Becky likes to get out and about with her dog Buddy, and catch up with friends and family.

About Carol

Carol is a Fellow member of IEMA and has been assessing IEMA membership standards since becoming a member of the Institute 25 years ago. She currently focuses on assessing the Full and Fellow professional membership grades and IEMA’s CPD requirements. She is an experienced environmental and sustainability professional with extensive knowledge across the profession. Her field of expertise is sustainability, environmental management systems, performance metrics, communication and stakeholder engagement. She has lead cross European funds and programmes on sustainable procurement and supply chain management. As Head of Environment at Leicester City Council, she has driven policy, strategy and actions on the ground, with early pioneering work around climate change at city scale. She has earlier experience as a practising landscape architect, with environmental impact assessment, sustainable construction and BREEAM. Carol currently lives in the Trossachs and leads community action around climate change and growing local food.

About Thomas

With an interest in the preservation of the environment Tom was fortunate to work for IEMA to help support its vision.  Working in the Membership and Standards Team, Tom liaises with various members and stakeholders to assist with their enquiries, which includes the processing of IEMA memberships and applications, continuing professional development and registration activities, and coordination of assessments.

About Carol

Carol began her career as a Dental Surgery Nurse and then worked as a member of cabin crew for a major airline. Carol has consistently worked in the finance sector for over 25 years and is a member of The Association of Accounting Technicians and in 2015 gained the professional qualification AATQB, getting shortlisted for AATQB of the year. Having joined IEMA in 2020 as Finance Officer, Carol's role is exciting and varied, interacting and supporting the team and members on all things financial. In her spare time Carol volunteer for Guide Dogs for the Blind and Riding for the Disabled. Passionate about wildlife and animal welfare, she enjoys horse riding, walking her dog and taking care of her rescue ponies and chickens, whilst spending time with the family.

About Ben

Ben is Director of Policy and Public Affairs at IEMA. In this capacity he looks after the delivery of IEMA's core policy, practice and public affairs activities across a range of environmental and sustainability issues. Prior to joining the organisation Ben worked in several similar policy roles at organisations including the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Renewable Energy Association.

About Chloë

Chloë is the Policy and Engagement Lead for Climate Change and Energy and Social Sustainability at IEMA. Within this remit she works on projects relating to greenhouse gas reporting and transition planning and reporting, including adaptation, as well as social sustainability and just transition issues. She is particularly interested in finding practical solutions and approaches which lead to standardised, replicable and trustworthy reporting, so that decision-makers have better data to work with. Previously Chloë has worked at senior levels in the manufacturing and retail sectors, and in climate and sustainable development planning roles in the public sector. Her prior business experience and her understanding of the way that the public sector functions inform her approach to climate change and energy and social sustainability policy and engagement at IEMA. She is a Trustee on the board of Uttlesford Citizens Advice and a District Councillor and is active in her community. In her spare time she enjoys live music and cooking for family and friends.

About Lesley

Lesley is Policy and Engagement Lead at IEMA with a focus on biodiversity and natural capital. Lesley also supports IEMA’s role as Secretariat to the UK Business and Biodiversity Forum, working with businesses to raise the profile of, mainstream, and share good practice in, biodiversity. Lesley joined IEMA in December 2021 after 11 years delivering projects, programmes and solutions for business in the field of environmental sustainability for the British Standards Institution (BSI), including ground breaking standards in biodiversity net gain and natural capital. Lesley has a qualification in business management (MBA) and climate change management, and mentors environmental students at the University of Westminster.

About Rufus

Dr Howard is the policy and engagement lead for Impact Assessment at IEMA and a leading professional in EIA, with two decades of international experience across renewable energy and major infrastructure. A Fellow of IEMA and Chartered Environmentalist, Rufus holds degrees in Biodiversity Conservation and Environmental Law, and a doctorate in Management. A trusted advisor, Rufus has directed environmental projects for major organisations such as the World Bank, The Crown Estate, Natural Resources Wales, the EBRD, Statkraft, Orsted, National Grid, and the Environment Agency. Rufus lives in Kent with his wife and three daughters and enjoys walking in nature, cooking, music, kayaking and archery.
