TEP is a multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy providing services in planning, EIA, landscape and urban design, ecology, historic environment, arboriculture, noise and air quality assessment. We also have skills in masterplanning, environmental regeneration, land management, green infrastructure and community consultation. TEP has undertaken many feasibility studies and EIAs for developments including overhead lines, underground cables, substations, power stations, pipelines, marinas, roads, residential, schools and mixed-use developments. We have helped take development proposals from the very first stages through to planning permission, start on site, completion and operation. We can advise on when EIA is needed, liaise with relevant authorities and co-ordinate and deliver the Environmental Statement. We usually undertake the majority of assessments required in-house with over 120 employees. We have access to a network of well-trusted experts to assist us if needed. We have helped our clients engage and consult with many organisations and with communities and members of the public. Our clients value us because we focus on their objectives, explain requirements clearly and look to address them in a timely and cost-effective way. TEP is registered to the EIA Quality Mark and its staff are members of recognised professional institutes such as IEMA, RTPI, Landscape Institute, and IEEM. TEP operates an integrated and accredited Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental System and is certified carbon-neutral to PAS 2060.
