We need to ensure that future generations have the passion, knowledge and drive to make meaningful change, and encourage this across their organisations and networks.
Raising awareness of green skills is a key focus of our work; these skills will play a vital role in tackling climate change and our biodiversity crisis. Ahead of COP28, we asked members and organisations to sign an open letter that we sent to the Minister for Energy Security and Net Zero (a key member of the UK’s negotiating team) urging the prioritisation of green jobs and skills at the conference.
Developed in collaboration with over 40 partners, in 2023 we launched our Green Careers Hub, a platform designed to help individuals understand their next steps towards a more sustainable future.
Whether you’re a career changer, starting out in your career, or just thinking about how you might be able to be a bit greener in your current role, the Green Careers Hub provides a wealth of information to help you understand the opportunities available.
